Installing on Mac is unfortanately not as straight forward as it is on Windows.
This is primarilly due to Mac deliberately making it hard to create and run screensavers.

The solution we have found is to use a free video screensaver called Aerial.

which is also where you can download Aerial and the Book of Light videos.

We Highly recommend following the screenshots there rather than reading this intimidating list of instructions!

Step one is to install Aerial which is a fairly straight forward installation with instructions on their site.

Step 2 is to turn off Aerials own drone footage videos so that they do not download automatically.
(unless you wish to enjoy them too, and they are really pleasant).

Step 3 is to download the video files of the 30 chapters of the Book of Light.
We have packaged them in 3 zip files, each being approx 1gigabyte in size.
You should create a folder in the Users/Shared directory to unpack the zip files into, as some other directories are restricted by Mac.
Unpack the videos from the zip files into this new folder, and then you can delete the zip files.

Then in SystemSettings/ScreenSavers you need to find Aerial (sometimes hiding down the bottom of the screensavers list)
and go into its Options using the button on the top right of the screensavers screen.

In the Options menu you need to go to the More VIdeos tab, turn off all other sources and select AddLocal.
Navigate to the folder you unpacked the videos into and select it as the source. 

3 final tweaks to the setitngs are advised. 

1. Go to Overlays/Music and make sure music is enabled. (If you wish at any time to totally disable the music this is where you can do that)
2.  Go to Displays tab and make sure it is set to 'Fit to Screen'
3.  Go back to SystemSettings/LockScreen and use the 'Start Screensaver When Inactive' setting to choose how long the system waits when it is inactive before launching the screensaver.

It is really not as difficult as this list makes it sound.
If you are reasonably confident in intalling a program, then you may only need to check this list once or twice !
